• Full service vacation rental management

This is a white glove short term rental (STR) management solution. Includes STR registration, hotel tax preparation and filings, rental-ready setup and continued maintenance on your home. All contractor and guest communication is taken care of. Monthly updates and owner reports included. *We charge a 12% commission on booked nightly rates, and invoice any expenses incurred through normal operation.*

• Co-hosting services

For the owner who prefers to be more involved! We will create a custom-fit solution depending on your needs. This could range from simply being a local contact for emergencies to everything included in full service except for tax reports. We understand every rental operation is different and we are eager to co-create the most efficient and cost-effective solution for you. 

*We charge a 5-10% commission on booked nightly rates, and invoice any expenses incurred through normal operation.*

• Private second home management

Do you have a 'no-strangers-allowed' rule for your vacation home? This option is for the homeowner who only opens up their home to friends and family (or kept entirely for personal use!). Services include contractor communication and supervision, home inspections and suggestions, maintenance, odd-jobs, and check-ups.
